How is your jewelry plated?

We plate our jewelry utilizing a vacuum process which offers more durability and longer wear when compared to traditional gold plating.

We chose this process compared to other gold plating methods (gold plated, gold filled, vermeil etc.) as we found it held the best throughout our testing process when exposed to extreme conditions.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. All orders received after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

**Our small team is away on a work related trip until 4/22/2024. Any orders placed after 4/9 will be fulfilled after we return in the order they were received! Thank you for understanding!**

Example: If you purchase 2-day shipping, that means your package will take 2 days to arrive after it's been processed by our team. Please account for the total time to receive your package when deciding on a shipping method!

What does waterproof jewelry mean?

Waterproof jewelry means just that, it's all water friendly! When jewelry is exposed to water, you don't have to worry about them rusting or oxidizing. Our plating process also makes the plating far more durable when exposed to water as well.

However, while your jewelry is water safe please note that when exposed to certain chemicals and oils, these can damage gold plating over time.

Will the jewelry turn my skin green?

No, it won't :)

Can I exchange my ring if it doesn't fit?

We are not able to offer exchanges at this time, however e do offer a 30 day window for returns from the date of delivery. If this is the case, please utilize our returns portal linked here to initiate a return and simply repurchase your correct size!

What if I receive an item that is broken or defective?

We can assure you that all pieces are hand polished and thoroughly checked before packaging.

However, for any reason if your item is received broken please contact us at contact@nursanfrancisco.com.

Please note that we will not be able to assist you with a damage if your purchase is over 90 days ago.

I have sensitive ears and can't wear most jewelry. Can I wear yours?

All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic. Our brand was founded with this mission in mind. Our jewelry is free of most common metal allergens such as copper, nickel, and zinc.

We plate our pieces over stainless steel which is hypoallergenic in nature (mostly surgical grade).

However, please note that while our pieces are less likely to cause any irritation we would always suggest to err on the side of caution as everyone is so different.

Will my jewelry rust?

No, it won't :)

You are backed by our lifetime guarantee if your jewelry ever rusts or oxidizes.

Please note that color fading is not equivalent rusting and will not be covered in our warranty.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a 90 day warranty on physical damages and color fading.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on rusting.

What if I'm having a problem with delivery?

Please note that we are not liable for carrier related issues. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the carrier directly.

This is why we partner with Route to offer low-cost coverage for your parcel. If you purchased Route and are having issues receiving your package, you can file a claim here. Most claims are handled immediately!
